The EVA foam filled fender uses polyurethane elastomer and as the buffer medium, which makes the ship have better anti-collision effect when it is near the ship or dock.

Polyurethane elastomer is a new kind synthetic polymer whose performance has both advantages of plastic and rubber. The high strength of plastic and good elasticity of rubber.

   ● High wear resistance which is 3-5times of nature rubber.

   ● Excellent oil resistance which is 4times of NBR.

   ● High mechanical strength. Its tensile intention and tear strength and burden capability are several times of common rubbers.

   ● Excellent tolerance of acid, alkali, low temperance and organic solvent.

   ● High metal-bonding performance.

   ● Wide hardness range from Shore A100 adjustable.
