About the quality:

1. Each batch of goods will pass ISO17357 DNV-GL inspection, CCS inspection (rubber material test, product size test, air tightness test, pressure test) before shipment

2. The factory quality inspection report issued by Henger. If the customer needs, the video inspection certificate can be issued when the product quality inspection is carried out before the product leaves the factory. On the premise that the buyer bears the cost, a third-party testing agency can be invited to conduct product testing.

About the production process:

1. After the fender is produced, it will stand for 48 hours in strict accordance with the requirements to check the air tightness of the fender before proceeding to the next step.

2. Before leaving the factory, the air tightness of each product will be strictly tested, and full-time technicians will be asked to use soapy water to detect air leaks. Once there is a quality problem, it is absolutely not allowed to leave the factory for sale.
