Foam-filled rubber fenders are versatile and suitable for almost all types of use. They are made up of three components, each providing an important function.

1, a 100% closed-cell EVA foam core that provides elastic energy absorption.
2, A tough thick nylon cord fabric and rubber reinforced elastomer layer that protects the foam core.
3, The fender body is protected by a polyurea sprayed outer skin layer.

Foam-filled fenders are an ideal fender for advanced construction. The polyurea material is used as the outer protective layer with an EVA foam core and nylon threads fused into a core elastomer.
Each of the three parts of the foam-filled fender construction has an important role to play.
The three parts are: a. Closed-cell EVA foam. b. Outer rubber + nylon thread. c. Polyurea sprayed outer skin. d. Heavy duty steel tube anchor chain construction.

Construction
a. Closed-cell EVA foam core inside, never sinks
b. Outer rubber + nylon cord fabric
The outer layer of rubber + nylon cord fabric is used to better seal the inner EVA foam layer.
c. Polyurea spray coating
Polyurea coating is a permanent spray coating that protects the skin layer of the fender. It is more durable than rubber, less prone to dents and scratches, chemically resistant and suitable for all weather conditions; it will not soften or become brittle in hot or cold temperatures.
d. Heavy-duty steel chain construction
