According to CB/T 3795-1996, marine rubber fenders must meet the following specifications:

Dimensional Deviation: Diameter & Effective Length ±2%, Total Length ±4%
Amount of Elastic Deformation: ≤ 5% diameter deformation under 1.2 times working pressure
Safety Factor: >4.5
Air Tightness: < 5% depressurization after 1 hour inflation
Surface Quality: Fair line shape, no cracks, bubbles, double skin, impurities, or apparent defects
