It is feasible, but relevant safety measures must be taken: the slipway and the angled launching ramp for the launch of the ship's airbag should be carefully designed; the launch of the airbag should be carried out according to the weight of the ship, the position of the center of gravity, the shape of the bottom of the ship, the slope of the launching ramp, the water level, etc. Calculation: There should be a calculation basis for the internal pressure and internal stress of each airbag during each rolling stroke, especially when the ship is stern-falling and stern-floating.

The production and application of marine airbags are mainly carried out with reference to two industry standards: CB/T3795 "Airbags for upper discharge and launching of ships" and CB/T3837 "Technical requirements for upper discharge and launching of marine airbags".

Airbag Advantages

Marine airbags are widely used by small and medium-sized shipyards due to their small overall investment and wide application range.

Status of launching

The initial development of marine airbag launching is that the establishment of the theoretical system is far behind the development of practice, so there are some disputes about the safety of airbag launching.

In the course of more than 20 years of practice in the use of air bag launching and launching technology for ships, the launching of ships has ranged from a flat-bottomed ship with a dead weight of dozens of tons to a large ship with a weight of tens of thousands of tons, which proves that the ship's air bag launching and launching process is safe and reliable. This technology has been recognized by foreign shipbuilding and port construction industries, and airbag launching has been promoted to a certain extent in the United States, Europe, South Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia and other regions and countries.

In the 21st century, as a mature technology, airbags have been widely used in the upper and lower discharge of ships and other heavy object transportation fields.

China's airbag launching technology has been widely promoted in the world. At present, airbags have been widely used in the fields of caisson jacking, transfer, wreck salvage, and underwater installation engineering in port construction.

Airbag storage

When the airbag is not used for a long time, it should be washed and dried, filled with talcum powder inside and outside, and placed in a dry, cool and ventilated place indoors. The airbag should be stretched out and laid flat, and should not be stacked, and heavy objects should not be stacked on the airbag. The place where the air bag is stored should be kept away from heat sources. Airbags cannot come into contact with acids, alkalis, greases and organic solvents.
