The principle of ship airbag hauling

The working principle of the Ship Heavy Lifting Airbags "roller" is almost the same as that of drum hauling heavy objects. Compared with traditional rollers, the airbag will deform more under the weight of the caisson. 1. Size error

Diameter and effective length error: ±2%

Total length deviation: ±4%

2. Elastic deformation: Under 1.2 times of working pressure, the diameter deformation is less than 5%.

3. Safety factor:> 4.5

4. Air tightness: pressure drop <5% after 1 hour of inflation

5. Surface quality: streamlined, no cracks, no bubbles, no double skin, no impurities, no obvious defects such as obvious dirt.

6. Explosion-proof design at the end.
