High-Pressure Heavy Marine Lifting Airbags And Boat Launching Marine Airbag
Airbags Launching procedures:
1.1 Remove all debris and obstacles that hinder the rolling of the airbag from the bottom of the ship and on all the sites where the ship passes.
1.2 The mooring ropes tie the moving pulley block of the patterned car. The mooring ropes should meet the traction requirements, and must be introduced from the bow, tied to strong members such as bollards, and can be tied to part or the entire hull if necessary.
1.3 Remove all the piers under the ship, and fill in the air bag according to the calculated spacing, and finally make the weight of the ship bear all the pressure on the air bag.
1.4 After boarding the crew, remove the ladder and approach bridge.
1.5 Start the winch and release the steel wire rope to make the ship move to the water by the rolling airbag.
1.6 According to the water area and ramp conditions, choose whether to enter the water quickly or continue to enter the water under the control of the winch.
1.7 Tow the ship to the dock.
1.8 Recover all air bags.
1.9 Measure the draft of the ship, and check the tanks for water leakage.

Airbag advantages:
Put a lot of uninflated cylindrical bladders under the bottom of the boat, then inflate the top of the boat, remove other obstacles below, and then slowly release the airbags at the back a little bit, and place the hull a little backward. If you use the power to push it a little bit in the front, the boat will naturally go into the water behind, and the boat will be launched.
Ship launching in the shipbuilding industry is a relatively complex process. Inland and coastal shipping ships generally use track sliding and airbag rolling methods. Track sliding requires a berth or dock. Due to high investment costs and small scope of application, it is generally only used. Selected by large shipyards. Marine airbags are widely used by small and medium-sized shipyards due to their small overall investment and wide range of applications.
Airbags For Ships Application areas:
Ships launching--
Ships adopt airbag launching technology After more than 20 years of practice, launching ships have developed from flat-bottomed ships with a dead weight of tens of tons to large ships with tens of thousands of tons. Practice has proved that the ship airbag launching technology is safe and reliable. This technology has been recognized by the shipbuilding industry and port construction industry at home and abroad, and the airbag launching technology has been promoted in the United States, Europe and Southeast Asia.
Airbags For Lifting Heavy Objects:
Heavy goods handling--
Marine airbags are widely used in caisson jacking, transportation and launching in port construction, as well as component displacement and launching.
Floating and salvage--
Marine airbags can produce large buoyancy and have a strong load-bearing capacity, and are now widely used in the rescue of stranded ships and other areas of buoyancy and salvage
Airbag storage:
When the airbag is not used for a long time, it should be washed and dried, filled with talcum powder, and placed in a dry, cool and ventilated place indoors. The airbag should be stretched out flat, not stacked, and no heavy objects should be stacked on the airbag.
Keep the airbag away from heat sources.
The air bag must not come into contact with acids, alkalis, grease and organic solvents.
Service and transportation:
