Structural features of pneumatic rubber fenders
Pneumatic rubber fenders are composed of an outer layer of rubber, a reinforced synthetic tire cord layer and an inner layer of rubber.
The outer rubber is used to protect the cord layer and inner rubber from wear and other external forces. This rubber compound has sufficient tensile and tear strength to withstand expected weather conditions and harsh use.
The reinforced synthetic tire cord layer is strong enough to maintain the internal air pressure of the fender.
An internal layer of rubber seals the compressed air inside the fender.

Precautions for using fenders
