The rolling principle of ship airbag
Place the airbag on the ground and then inflate it until the heavy object can be lifted, and then pull the caisson by external force to roll the low-pressure and heavy lifting rubber airbag. Compared with traditional rollers, Low-Pressure Heavy Lifting Rubber Airbags deform more under the weight of the caisson. Increase the contact area between the airbag and the ground, thereby reducing the pressure per unit area, the force is uniform, and the adaptability to the scene is strong.

The structure and characteristics of marine airbags
The airbag is very long and consists of two to three layers of rubber and nylon cord fabric. The middle layer is a nylon cord fabric layer, while the inner and outer layers are rubber layers.
Features of marine airbags
(1) The airbag is formed by a unique winding technology, and there is no seam between the airbag walls. Therefore, the force will be balanced during use, thereby increasing the burst strength and impact fatigue resistance;
(2) Because compressed air is used as a buffer medium, it has the advantages of soft pressure relief, large impact energy absorption, low stress on the transported object, and excellent impact resistance.
Boat Lifting Airbags Test
1. Air tightness test
Fill the air bag to a certain pressure. One hour later, the internal pressure was measured again. Compared with the two data, the pressure loss should be less than 5%.
2. Performance test
If there is no load, please fill the airbag balloon with air first according to the standard.
Before shipment, we will conduct strict visual inspection and air porosity test. If it is not qualified, it must not be released.
3. Blasting test
The burst test should give the minimum burst pressure value of the airbag. For safety reasons, because the Low-Pressure Heavy Lifting Rubber Airbag is a pressure vessel, it must be flushed with water when the airbag is inflated until the airbag bursts. The water pressure during the airbag sandblasting process should be greater than or equal to the value listed in the standard performance table.
Folding airbag storage
If the airbag is not to be used for a long time, keep the surface dry and add talcum powder, and then put it in a dry, cool and ventilated place indoors. Extend the airbag and lay it flat, do not stack, and do not stack heavy objects on the airbag.
The airbag should be stored away from heat sources. The airbag should not come into contact with acids, alkalis, oils and organic solvents.
The packaging and transportation of airbags should comply with the following standards:
1. Packaging
After folding, use a plastic woven bag to bind and pack.
2. Transport
When lifting rubber airbags for short-distance transport ships, they should be hoisted, lifted, rolled, etc. in an inflated state, and it is strictly forbidden to drag them on the ground.
When the Low-Pressure Heavy Lifting Rubber Airbag is transported for a long distance, it should be folded and fixed on the pallet, with a cushion under it, and wrapped with a stretch film on the outside.
