1. New end explosion-proof design
Air leakage at the junction area of metal parts and rubber parts increases as the pressure of the airbag increases. After several times of use under high working pressure, the Ship Launching Rubber Airbags will rupture and the metal parts will injure workers.
Henger has improved the bonding strength and air tightness between the main part of the rubber and the metal part at the end, and invented a new explosion-proof design for the end of the airbag. The Henger airbag works well under higher working pressure. There are no potential safety hazards.
2. High-strength galvanized anti-drop structure
Cast metal parts with galvanized coating. Enhance the bonding force between the metal parts and the rubber body after vulcanization. The anti-release structure of the metal parts makes the connection closer.

Marine Launching Airbag test
1. Blasting test
Through the burst test, the minimum burst pressure value of the airbag can be tested. For the sake of safety, because the Ship Launching Rubber Airbag is a pressure vessel, it must be inflated while the airbag is inflated until the airbag bursts. The water pressure during the airbag sandblasting process should be greater than or equal to the value listed in the standard performance table.
1. Compression recovery test
If the recoverability of marine rubber airbags is to be verified, the airbags should be compressed and released quickly and repeatedly in a short period of time. Due to the limitation of the length of the airbag and the limitation of the compression recovery equipment, the compression recovery test can be achieved by reducing the same number of layers. Inflate the airbag so that the internal pressure reaches the pressure of the airbag performance data. The airbag is compressed vertically until the compression deformation reaches 75%. Keep this state for 1 minute. Then the pressure is released and the balloon diameter should return to more than 97% of its original diameter within 5 minutes.
HENGER specializes in the production of rescue airbags and inflatable rubber fenders. Other key development products include EVA foam fenders, steel mooring buoys, and marine navigation aids. We have established long-term cooperative relations with many shipyards, shipowners and trading companies in China. We also export to Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, India, Vietnam and many other countries in the world.
