We adopted a new rubber formula and used a high-strength reinforced synthetic cord layer to increase the carrying capacity of the airbag by more than twice. The synthetic cord layer of Henger Marine Launching Ship Airbag adopts impregnated Nylon-6 1400dtex / 3-V2 tire cord. Compared with ordinary polyester tire cord, its strength and durability are increased by 20%.
High Kneading-resistance Capability
When the airbag rolls under the bottom of the ship, the rolling speed is uneven, and the airbag will withstand the "kneading force" from the bottom of the ship and the ground, which may cause problems such as delamination and buckling.

According to CB/T 3795--1996, marine rubber fender should meet the following requirements.

Airbag storage
1. The airbag should not be used for a long time, it should be washed and dried, filled with talcum powder on the outside, and placed in a dry, cool and ventilated place indoors.
2. The place where the air bag is stored should be far away from heat sources.
3. The airbag should not be in contact with acids, alkalis, grease and organic solvents.
4. When the airbag is not in use, it should be stretched out and placed flat, not stacked, and no heavy objects shall be piled on the airbag.
5. Do not drag the airbag on the ground.
